TENTANG KAMI
LIDI Foundation (Lombok Inclusion and Disability Indonesia) is a non-profit organization based on Lombok Island, focusing on the fulfillment of disability rights, community empowerment, and strengthening inclusive service systems at the village, school, and local government levels. Founded by Lalu Wisnu Pradipta, a person with physical disability who has been involved in inclusive development since 2011, LIDI Foundation has become one of the leading organizations driving real change for persons with disabilities in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

Key Areas of Work
1. Inclusive Education
LIDI Foundation plays an important role in promoting the development of inclusive education services in Lombok. Since 2011, the organization has supported primary schools across various districts, strengthened teacher capacity, and advocated for the availability of special education support teachers.
LIDI also initiated collaboration with 27 universities across Lombok to push for the establishment of Special Education (PLB) Study Programs, which are now being implemented by institutions such as Universitas Hamzanwadi and the University of Mataram (UNRAM).
2. Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
Through the development of the Self-Help Groups (SHG) Sopoq Angen and Pade Patuh, LIDI Foundation assists disability groups in economic strengthening, particularly in livestock, inclusive agriculture, and small enterprises.
These programs also integrate climate change adaptation strategies for persons with disabilities (ODDP) in East Lombok.
3. Disaster Management and Humanitarian Response
LIDI Foundation is part of the Disability Service Unit (ULD) of the NTB Provincial Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), working to ensure disability-inclusive disaster preparedness, response, and post-disaster recovery.
4. Policy Advocacy
LIDI actively contributed to the issuance of the Regional Regulation on Inclusive Education (2016) in NTB and continues to support its implementation.
The organization also engages in various strategic forums on disability protection, decent work, mental health, and social services at the district and provincial levels.
5. Community Support and Village Engagement
Since its establishment, LIDI Foundation has worked closely with village communities to ensure that basic services—education, healthcare access, employment, and social participation—are accessible to all, including persons with disabilities.
